Not yet. I'm working on getting a release made that rolls this into the latest version of NNM! Hang in there.

This is really cool, thank you for sharing these! I love seeing people's games using the mod.

This looks interesting. I'd been thinking of starting a similar mod but didn't know one already existed.

Why not just take out the rest of the world though? It would be much more engaging that way; Great Powers could exist within the continent and compete with one another for spheres. Having a bunch of low-rank countries makes things rather stagnant. Maybe add in new cultures as well to make things more challenging.

Very nice, but a few recommendations:
    1. Minnesota's socialist party should be the Farmer-Labor Party (flavor is nice)
    2. It shouldn't be part of the Plains nation, it should be part of the Lake Superior one because that's where Minnesota's economy has basically always been centered: on the lake.
    3. I think it would be really interesting if the mod got rid of the "Yankee" culture and the primary cultures were whichever immigrant groups formed the bulk of the population at the time. Yes, there would be lots of Germans and Englishmen. But having a single "Yankee" and "Dixie" identity makes very little sense...what unites, for example, a Mormon in Deseret to a Yankee in Massachusetts, or a Dixie in Texas to a Dixie in Virginia?
You could also maybe do it by region I suppose, but I don't know how accurate that would be, either.

I really enjoy this mod. The way the cores are distrusted give lots of nations chances to expand.

Pan-Nationalists revolts however need to be fixed. In my current game the United States, Confederate States, Western States, and the Plains Association all formed from Pan-Nationalist revolts.

More Party name localization would be amazing.

May i Use your Mod in a Youtube Video With my Mates?

First, I'm not affiliated with the creator of this mod, I'm just a fan doing some editing on my own. I'm in the code making some events and cultures. So far there's a new country Cordoba, the African-American homeland in the United States which is created with an event chain(which is taking some time). I've added some prestige events for owning New Orleans, LA, and NYC. I'm currently working on expansion events and cultural events. I changed the Unification decisions to where they require you to have a certain tech for them. I've created 2 new cultures Pacifican (North West)and Cajun for Louisiana. Created a join a federation decision so that some states can join federations(duh :P). Fixed California and Texas so that they aren't the weak states they were at first. UNFORTUNATELY MEXICO IS STILL OP, haven't really found a way around that yet.
I don't know when the next time the main modder will show up, so if anybody has any idea please be free to vent them.

This sounds pretty great and would be happy to incorporate this in the next release with credit to you! I love the idea of including new cultures.

For everyone else: Thank you for all the great suggestions, especially with little details about names and affiliations.

    Edit:

DWS Version 2.0 is now available!

Everyone owes Joziable a huge round of applause for taking on the massive responsibility of working on events to add to the base mod to flesh out the world of Divided We Stand. In addition to that, he went through and changed a ton of small things to make the play much smoother, and even added the LDS/Mormon religion.

As such, I've cleaned everything up and packaged it all up together into an official release. We're always working toward making the experience as smooth as possible, so please let us know if you find any bugs or suggestions for future releases. We'd love to hear them!

You can pick up the latest version at:
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/pl...87dx/DWS20.zip

(Don't forget to read the installation instructions in the OP!)

Here's a preview of the kind of nation-managing you'll be a part of:

Acadia having Anglo Canadian primary (let alone accepting British and Yankee) is weird. Should be primary French Canadian, with Anglo accepted

Thank you! I have updated it and it will be included in the next release.

Why can't you form the union tags for the areas instead of ya know releasing them? >_>

I played a short game as Acadia, and I noticed some more things:

Remove Quebec cores from Acadia, (why is this a thing in mods?) add Acadian core on Bangor. Why is Truro the capital? Should be Bathurst.

Quebec is an HM's government? top lel

Create an alternate tag (Maritime Union is in NNM) for an Anglo Canadian country on Acadian cores.

Acadia shouldn't accept Yankee or British, it could possibly accept Cajun. Lots of Yankee/Dixie countries accept the other when there are none there/they hate their guys and Anglo Canadian countries accepting French (British is kinda acceptable) - they would have no reason to accept them.

Small regional thing that was actually a thing: Madawaska, could exist/have cores in Caribou and

Bathurst, and also accepts Yankee/Anglo Canadian/French Canadian

If you're going to add Cajun, Buckeye, and Hoosier, consider splitting Yankee further (Cascadian, Californian) and Anglo/French Canadian (Quebecois/Acadien, Laurentian/Cascadian/Maritimer/Athabaskan)

Add more Mormon pops to areas around Deseret.

Add more Scandinavian pops to Superior, Wisconsin, Minnesota.

I would like to add to that with the following to break down Yankee:
Illini, Amerikanskt/Amerikansk (for Scandinavian-Americans in Superior, Wisconsin, and Minnesota alongside the Scandinavian pops (and a modifier for those pops to be more likely to be assimilated to the Amerikanskt/Amerikansk culture), Plainsmen/women, Coloradoan, Idahoan, Montanan, Arizonan, New Yorker, Pennsylvanian, Amish (in areas with Amish presence), Mennonite, and Quaker (in Pennsylvania)

A lot of the latter you mentioned seem more suited as religions - Vickymod (and NNM?) have Mormon as a religion, and some can be kinda condensed

These are all great though, thank you guys for suggesting them! I will review everything I can and add as many as possible without overburdening the mod.
