      if you simulate water - what is really a great thing - then you shouldn't stop to simulate the effects of water, e.g. flooding the city by my own stupid decisions should destroy infrastructure (bridges, streets etc) and buildings when they get flooded. However, what I saw in various Let's Play videos was a flooded bridge but traffic was flowing under the water, crossing the river as though nothing had happened. Are there plans to simulate these effects to a plausible end ?

      First time I hear about the water, bought the Preimium version yesterday... so one more reason to skip the next days until release
